We do not collect VAT, however orders shipped from the UK may be subject to import VAT, custom duties and handling fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the length of the packaging and additional courier charges, leather aprons have separate postal costs.

Please note that during Christmas delivery times may take longer. This also applies to items in the postal system and is out of our control.


REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Should you wish to return an item please contact us at aprons@risdonandrisdon.co.uk within 30 days to confirm the item being returned. See above for Christmas return dates.
All returns need to be in as-new resaleable condition in their original Risdon & Risdon cotton bag.
Please note we are unable to refund postage and packaging charges, or for international deliveries, any tax or duties paid.
For exchanges, the customer pays for return postage, however we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.
Please inform us of any faulty goods within 3 days of receiving the order.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on custom made items.

Please include a copy of your details and order information in your parcel. Once you have securely packaged the item return it to:

We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
